Second of all, Lupin wasn’t the “first to rise,” he didn’t rise at all, they were all standing around, AND in fact he wasn’t the “first” of anything because he and Bill left the group TOGETHER, at the same time, to look for Moody’s body together. And I don’t even think they were “dining” at all. If I recall they were standing around drinking firewhiskey. Point is, Hermione is right and Trelawney is and always will be a old fraud and an appalling teacher. :P

About a week ago I went to the 5th Annual Threadless Meetup at the headquarters in Chicago! I actually gave a presentation because they honored me this year by choosing me as one of their traditional three designer presenters! It was nerve-wracking but a really good experience.

Anyway… this is what I wore… it’s a long story, but I basically lost a bet earlier this year and promised to wear a “certain sexy Harry Potter costume” to this meetup. It was embarrassing, especially since I had to give my presentation like this too, but I am a lady of my word.

Credit for the photography to my friend Randy! And not sure if you can tell but I’m wearing Emmy’s Potter Puppet Pal earrings (Snape and Dumbledore) haha!

Hi everyone! My friend Alex and I have been working on this Harry Potter tee design, which I’ve shown a WIP of before - as you can see, we obviously couldn’t finish in time for the DH2 premiere (mostly my fault,) but at least have progressed much further from the first sketch! ANY FEEDBACK, COMMENTS, CRITIQUE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED. We absolutely want to know what you guys think. Is the concept understandable? Does it look cool enough? Would you wear it on a shirt? Any general suggestions? EDIT: GUYS THIS DESIGN ISN’T FINISHED, IT’S JUST A DRAFT. That’s why certain parts look sketchy or blurry.
